Appointments
Once you make an appointment at our office, that time is exclusively reserved for you. If, for some reason, you can no longer make your appointment, please call us with 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. For your convenience we offer text and email appointment reminders.
Insurance
If you have dental insurance, please bring your current information with you to your first appointment. Our team will file any necessary claims and work to get you the maximum amount of benefits allowed by your plan.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made. This includes any co-payment and deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance). For your convenience, we accept cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard.
Payment Plans
For extensive treatment plans, payment arrangements can be made by consulting the treatment coordinator. We realize everyone’s financial situation is different, so we strive to provide a variety of payment options to help you receive the dental care you need and deserve. Financing is also available OAC.
